The beginning

Concept & Design
You will be invited to meet with Lee, our managing director, to determine the scope of your project and how we can help you create exactly what you desire.
From here together we meet with our drafting team who will listen to your ideas and help you create a simply stunning home that not only looks great but has all the function you require.
We oversee your project through council approval, engineering and building approval ensuring your design is ready for construction with a fixed budget and all documentation in place.

Construction
Once the design and approvals are in place, construction begins.
Lee will personally guide his specialist team of trades and services throughout the build, ensuring the highest standards are maintained every step of the way. Our team also keeps a close eye on the project, ensuring it stays on time and on budget.
This is the exciting phase where you’ll see your dream home take shape. We’ll keep you informed and involved throughout the process, so you’ll always know exactly what’s happening and be excited as your new home comes to life.

Getting your keys
The big moment has arrived — your home is complete, clean, and ready for you to enjoy!
We’ll walk you through your new home, ensuring everything is exactly as you envisioned. It’s the culmination of months of planning, designing, and building, and now it’s time for you to experience the results in all their glory.
Once you’ve settled in and are comfortable in your new space, we’ll check in around the three-month mark to make sure you’re as happy as the day you moved in.
